Fee and Fundraiser Info

We will be extending the Calendar Sale fundraiser until the end of September.  Also, next Tuesday, you will be getting information on the Brusters’ coupon fund raiser.  These fund raisers are provided to help you offset the cost of Orchestra fees ($50) and uniform fees. In the calendar sale, calendars are $5 and all of that money goes back into your child’s account.  If you do not want to participate in the fund raisers, please make your check payable to Hillgrove Orchestra Booster Club (HOBC), put in an envelop and drop in the lock box in Mr. Doke’s office.  Calendar fund raiser information is available on the website as well.  The calendar fund raiser ends September 30 and Deadline for fees  Oct. 1st.
 
 
Also, our uniform representative will be coming in Sept.  Uniforms must be paid in full at the time your student is measured for his/her uniform.  We cannot place an order without full payment.  The above fund raisers have been provided to help you offset the costs.
