Final Trip Payment and Other Information

Information regarding individual student accounts and the final trip payment will be sent home with students today (Wednesday, March 19). Please try to have your payments in by this Friday, March 21st.
The final cost of the trip is $545.00. A trip packet will be sent home next week. This packet will include details regarding the cost of the trip, field trip permission forms, medical forms (which must be notarized), behavior guidelines, and a detailed trip itinerary.
ALL FIELD TRIP AND MEDICAL FORMS MUST BE RETURNED TO MR. DOKE PRIOR TO SPRING BREAK.
Please remember that there is a MANDATORY TRIP MEETING for all students going on the trip and their parents on Tuesday, April 15 at 7PM in the orchestra room.
