Rehearsals and Field Trip Forms
Just a reminder about after school rehearsals this week…Tuesday (4/1) and Wednesday (4/2) from 3:45 - 5:00. Please make arrangements to attend both of these important rehearsals. There is also a rehearsal scheduled for Tuesday, April 15.
Also, please don’t forget that all field trip forms must be signed and returned by this Friday (4/4). Remember that the medical permission form must be notarized, and I need photocopies of your insurance card. Additionally, all trip payments must be received this week.
And finally, don’t forget about the mandatory student and parent meeting on Tuesday, April 15 at 7 PM in the orchestra room.

Festival Orchestra Rehearsals - Important!
Please note the following important rehearsal dates for all students going to Williamsburg and Washington:
April 1 (Tuesday) – Festival Orchestra Rehearsal after school until 5PM.
April 2 (Wednesday) – Festival Orchestra Rehearsal after school until 5PM.
April 15 (Tuesday) – Festival Orchestra Rehearsal after school until 5 PM.
Please make arrangements to attend these important rehearsals, as they are the only opportunities for the combined orchestras to rehearse together.

Final Trip Payment and Other Information
Information regarding individual student accounts and the final trip payment will be sent home with students today (Wednesday, March 19). Please try to have your payments in by this Friday, March 21st.
The final cost of the trip is $545.00. A trip packet will be sent home next week. This packet will include details regarding the cost of the trip, field trip permission forms, medical forms (which must be notarized), behavior guidelines, and a detailed trip itinerary.
ALL FIELD TRIP AND MEDICAL FORMS MUST BE RETURNED TO MR. DOKE PRIOR TO SPRING BREAK.
Please remember that there is a MANDATORY TRIP MEETING for all students going on the trip and their parents on Tuesday, April 15 at 7PM in the orchestra room.
