For the second consecutive year both of the Hillgrove Orchestras have earned overall “SUPERIOR” ratings at the GMEA Large Group Performance Evaluation! Comment from the judges included:

- “Challenging opener…Extremely tough…requires extreme discipline to prepare this piece. Good job!”
- “You are excellent musicians…”
At the beginning of the school year, we set a goal of playing difficult music at festival and earning ’superior’ ratings. It sure is a great feeling to have met our goals, and I am very proud of all of you. Congratulations on a job well-done! Go Hawks!
