PTSA Open House

PTSA Open House will be held on Tuesday night (9/25) beginning at 6:30 PM. The Orchestra Booster Club will be selling calendars at the PTSA meeting, and in the orchestra room. If you are interested in helping out with calendar sales from 6:00-6:30 PM, please contact Rita Cyrier at 678-938-0258.

Volunteer Information

If you have not signed up to volunteer for any events this year, please have a look at the list of events and email your choices to our fund-raising committee chair Rita Cyrier (alancyrier@msn.com). We need everybody, students and parents, to be involved in the orchestra’s fund-raising activies. All fund-raising at this point is designed to offset the cost of the Spring Tour to Williamsburg and Washington.

Calendars sales at Hillgrove Home Football Games.

Thanks to the support of Coach Ironside, the orchestra will be selling calendars at our home football games. If anyone would like to help with these sales, please contact Cindy Ford at cindy.ford@cobbk12.org.

Playing Test 9/14

Both orchestras will have a playing test over the etudes that we have been studying in class on Friday, 9/14. This test will be for a grade and chairs.
