We need help! Please read….

Dear Orchestra Parents and Students,

As most of you are probably aware, the Hillgrove Fine Arts Department production of “High School Musical” opens this Thursday night in the Hillgrove Theater. Tickets are $7.00, and I would like to invite everyone to come and enjoy the show. Shows will run this Thursday, Friday and Saturday beginning at 7 PM. We will also have three shows next week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the Saturday show starting at 2 PM.

I would like to ask for your help in running concessions for the shows. Ms. Newell, our Drama teacher, had to have emergency surgery last Friday and will be out for the rest of the semester. The Orchestra Booster Club has agreed to help out in any way that we can. We are handling ticket sales, as well as the concession stand for each of the six shows. The HOBC will keep all profits from the concessions. Money from the show will be used to pay for production costs.

If you are able to help in any way, please let me know as soon as possible. I am sending letters home with students today. I have already heard from a few parents and students that will be helping out. We will need help in setting up concessions beginning 30 minutes before each show, and should be finished by 9:00 each night.
